We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
You can change or cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service department at sweetearthsociety@gmail.com.

Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website in the “Order tracking” tab.

What are your delivery times?
Delivery times are 6 to 12 working days. In some places this can take between 20-30 days, this is specified on the payment page.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €60.
